For the safety of our patients and staff, we are working to take a proactive approach to the COVID-19 virus.

We are asking our patients to reschedule their appointments if they meet any of the following criteria:

• Traveled from an area of widespread or ongoing community spread of COVID-19
• Had close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19
• Experiencing any fever, cold symptoms, or symptoms to lower respiratory illness (such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing)

If you have a fever you should contact your Primary Care Physician immediately.
